Lastly, this is a short video introducing Alison Bechdel as a MacArthur Fellow of 2014 as she talks about what she loves about cartooning, that all the characters in her comic strips Dykes to Watch Out For are somewhat forms of her and what the comic strips were about, and a little bit about the graphic memoir Fun Home. Alison also expresses how she felt when the MacArthur Foundation called her in regards to receiving this fellowship.
